Return & Exchange Policy for retail customers

Please refer to the following policies and procedures for returns or exchanges if you're not happy with your purchase.

• Within 14 days of the purchase date, you are eligible for a complete refund under our return policy, provided that the items are still in their original packaging.
• Additionally, if the items are in their original condition, the customer can exchange them for other items; however, this option is only valid for six months.
• No returns or exchanges are accepted for installed items, sold as last last-piece, special order, or custom-made products.
