Delivery & Installation Policy for retail customers

  • Ofezia provides delivery and installation services to all locations in Kuwait Free delivery is offered for orders over 100 KD.
  • There will be a delivery charge for invoices under 100 KD. The cost is 5 KD 
  • Upon completion at the time of the initial delivery schedule, installation is provided free of charge. 
  • If the installation procedure is postponed at the client's request, there will be a fee for the installation service on the second scheduled visit.  (Installation cost for the second visit will be assessed based on the order volume). 
  • Up to 15 days of free storage are offered.  (For more than 15 days, storage will cost KD 2 per item).
  • Please contact 41041331 at least three days before the scheduled delivery time if you need to cancel or postpone your delivery.
  • Our installation professionals are not permitted to make any electrical connections or mount the mirrors on the wall.

سياسة التوصيل والتركيب لعملاء التجزئة

  • تقدم شركة اوفيزيا خدمات التوصيل والتركيب لجميع مناطق الكويت, التوصيل مجاني للطلبات التي تزيد قيمتها عن 100 دينار كويتي.
  • تُطبق رسوم توصيل على الفواتير التي تقل قيمتها عن 100 دينار كويتي، وهي 5 دينار كويتي.
  • عند اكتمال التركيب في الموعد المحدد للتسليم، يُقدم التركيب مجانًا. 
  • في حال تأجيل عملية التركيب بناءً على طلب العميل، تُفرض رسوم خدمة التركيب في الزيارة الثانية المجدولة حسب الطلب.  (تُحدد تكلفة التركيب للزيارة الثانية بناءً على حجم الطلب).
  • تخزين مجاني لمدة تصل إلى 15 يومًا.  (في حال تجاوز الطلب 15 يومًا، تبلغ تكلفة التخزين دينارين كويتيين لكل قطعة). 
  •  يرجى الاتصال على الرقم 41041331 قبل ثلاثة أيام على الأقل من موعد التسليم المحدد في حال رغبتكم في إلغاء أو تأجيل عملية التوصيل. 
  •  لا يُسمح لفنيي التركيب لدينا بإجراء أي توصيلات كهربائية أو تركيب اي شيئ على الحوائط.
